Supporting Yorktown Student Athletes
For many years, Yorktown High School has been known for the strength of its wrestling team. Since our inception we boast 130 district, 27 regional and seven state champions. We are proud of this reputation and believe that our program goes beyond wrestling itself and teaches our student athletes valuable life skills, including self discipline, improved academics, teamwork and leadership.
We are asking you to be a part of this season’s positive momentum. The Yorktown Wrestling program relies on the support of our community, family and friends to continue to grow and thrive. The school provides equipment and match uniforms but the needs for a successful program extend beyond that support. Each donation is tax deductible and will be used 100% in support of our athletes for needs including training, gifts for seniors and middle school/community outreach and much more.
Our team mission is to promote a positive experience for our wrestlers, and to give each athlete the tools necessary to reach his or her highest level of success both on and off the mat. We invite you to be a part of this program by making a donation today.
The time has never been better to be a Yorktown wrestler. We are building on our success and looking towards an exciting future for our program. Some of our recent team highlights include:
If you are looking for additional ways to support the program or have any questions, please contact Head Coach Andrew Adams at (973) 525-6591 or YorktownPatriotWrestling@gmail.com.

As we remember Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. today, we encourage you to answer his call for service. Find ways to volunteer and make a positive difference in our community, not only today but all year long. Organizations like @volunteerarlington and @volunteerfairfax share local service opportunities. Nonprofits like @afacfeeds, @a_span, @arlingtonfreeclinic and @nature_org are based in Arlington and always need volunteers and donations. Let us know about the service opportunities you find so that we can share them with the rest of the team! #mlkday ...

When you win at sprints and get to pick who does pushups. And then you win again and pick the same guy. Sorry @ianhaddad_, @blake.buchert got you this time. But you know what they say about payback...🤣 (And great job on those pushups by the way! 👏👏👏) ...
