Yorktown Golf

The Yorktown High School Varsity Golf Team is off to a fantastic start to the 2026 season!

The team’s roster of 25 talented golfers features a great mix of returning players and new additions from across all grade levels. With a wide range of competitive golf backgrounds, this group has come together around a shared goal: playing competitive golf in a fun, supportive team environment that embodies what the game of golf is all about.

The team’s talent has been on display from the very beginning of the season. Yorktown opened the year by taking home the title at the Warhawk Invitational, an impressive start against a strong field.

The Patriots carried that momentum into their home opener on August 18, earning a victory over South Lakes.

Just one day later, Yorktown continued its fast start by winning the annual Arlington County Championship on August 19! The victory capped off an exciting opening stretch and highlighted the depth and talent throughout the roster.

Congratulations to all of the YHS golfers on an outstanding start to the season! We’re excited to see what the rest of 2026 has in store for the Patriots!
