Yorktown Varsity Boys with two ‘W’s this week – Defeating SoCo and Oakton
Roll Pats!!! Yorktown Varsity Boys won their first game of the season against South County on March 13. Final Score 3-0 with goals by Garuda, Tong and Hadaad. On Thursday, Varsity delivered another victory with a win against Oakton (2-1) with BOTH goals scored by Justin.

Varsity Beats South County in Season Opener!
The March 13th season opener for the Yorktown Girls Varsity team resulted in a decisive 3-0 victory over South County, the 2021 Virginia State Champions.
JV Girls Celebrate Early Victories!
The YHS JV Girls Soccer team won their first game of the season against South County 2-0. The team went on to beat Oakton in their second game of the season on March 16.
November 8 Field Hockey State Quarterfinals – YHS STUDENTS ARE FREE!
Game Day at Home! YHS Field Hockey defeated South Lakes in a hotly contested Regional final in double overtime! On Tuesday evening (11/8) Yorktown will host the quarter final round State Championship game against tonight’s winner (Fairfax v. Robinson). The snack bar will be open. Grab a slice of pizza and help cheer on Varsity through their State Championship run.
