On Friday, September 16, YHS Field Hockey takes on W&L at home. Come support our Varsity, JV and Freshmen teams.
Freshmen Game Time: 5:00 pm;
JV Game Time: 6:15 pm;
6a State Champion Varsity Game Time: 7:30 pm;
The snack bar will be open serving pizza, popcorn and plenty of snacks and soda.

Come watch the undefeated Varsity and JV Yorktown Field Hockey teams take on Fairfax High School. The home games are at 6:15 (JV) and 7:30 (V). The Freshman team has a home game against Oakton at 5:00 pm. The snack bar is open serving pizza, popcorn, snacks, and drinks. Enjoy dinner and a great game on Monday.

The Yorktown Patriots host their first home game against Justice. JV game starts at 6:15 pm. Following the JV game, the defending 6a State Champions will take on Justice. Game time is at 7:30 pm. Don’t forget that the snack bar is open and ready for business. Grab a quick snack on the way to your seats. Let’s Go Patriots!

What a Win! What a Season! Yorktown Field Hockey wins the Class 6 State Championship! With 4 1st Team All Region Players (5 1st Team All District Players), 1 2nd Team All Region Player (5 2nd Team All District Players), 1 All District Honorable Mention, the Northern Region and Liberty District Player of the Year and the Northern Region and Liberty District Coach of the Year – your Yorktown Patriots played through a tough State Tournament with a final 1-0 win over Western Branch in the final to become the first Field Hockey State Champions in Yorktown history!
